Facts & Arts pays half its total net advertising revenue to Content Providers, who have signed a written arrangement with Facts & Arts. Each Content Provider’s share of the distributable revenue is based on the number of clicks the relevant material attracts and on the type of material, whether written material, music or videos. Content Providers have direct access to real-time data on the use of material on the website.
The arrangement between the Content Provider and Facts & Arts is non-exclusive and non-binding: The Content Provider may freely use any other distribution channel and may withdraw from the arrangement with Facts & Arts at 30 days' notice.
Facts & Arts’ revenue sharing-scheme is open to individuals and organisations whose profession or business it is to provide material. Facts & Arts does not pay for comments on its website.
Facts & Arts operates under Finnish jurisdiction. The applicable law for agreements between a Content Provider and Facts & Arts is Finnish Law.
