The auther writes about Putin's doctrine? OK!!!! And what about the US doctrine???? When in 1990-s Russia was pour, the number of criminals was huge, pensions and wages were not paid for months, even years, THEN RUSSIA WAS A FRIEND ON THE WAY TO DEMOCRACY!!!!!Now we can work and earn money, birth children and not be worried what they will eat tomorrow!!!May be US or someone else don't like it? What are their best friends????? - latvia, Litva, Poland, Georgia, Ukraine, etc and others with whom RF doesn't have good relationships!!!!! AND ! THERE IS FREEDOM OF SPEACH IN RUSSIA!There ara central chanals "a voice of the Cremlin", but there are many others, internet is free!!!!!
