Yes the article is only a half truth, It intentionally omits the machinations of the american neocons to raise hue and cry over "russian aggresson" to assist Maccains win in election: after all the neocons won presidency for Bush during the previous election by manipulating the florida votes. They need some conspiracy so that the neocons can come to power agian.
