Putin's doctrine surfaces
by An Fhirinne

If Stefan Foiss is a Lecturer he probably knows the maxim 'You cannot fool all of the people all of the time.'To call the Georgian army a few battalions in strength is farcical. The attack force was near 10,000 strong, and equipped with tanks, artillery and GRAD rocket launchers which rained death onto an undefended city. Grads, by the way, are not guided missiles, and are very indescriminate weapons. They cannot therefore be used in anti-terrorist forces. They are for fighting troop concentrations or fortifications. When Serbian police and interior ministry troops over-reacted to assassinations, NATO launched a 70 day bombing campaign against Serbia's civilian infrastructure. Despite Georgian propoganda, Russia's targets were military. And now US papers are editing out early reports from their archives. Surprised?
