Contrary to what seems to e an obvious fact, so called South Ossetia is poopulate by ethnic Georgians and etvnic Ossetians. If Ossetian separatists started shooting Georgian Villages, and only thing Russian Pecekeepers were to do was shrugging shoulders, Georgians had to defend their own citizens. Of course now we understand why Ossetians started shooting all of a suden, thats because Georgia could have got Memership Action Plan of NATO this December. Now, all 26 members will have one more dilemma - do they upset Russia or they forger about exporting Caspian Oil and Gas energy without control freak of the region?
