Waki report is to some extent good but this country has a store of commissions findings and reports which are gathering dust in state house, so if this report is to be implemented then we should begin with all the past reports coz even the constitution is not fully implemented. This report is hard to just implement without looking at other factors which may lead us back to violence this is because it may appear to some as if all their leaders are being "targeted" politically.
