SEALED ENVELOPE

It is some times very bitter to reveal the TRUTH but are there some conditions that should be applied before the sealed envelope is given a chance,this is because according to my own view i will not call it fair for the sealed envelope to contain the minority leaving KIBAKI and RAILA aside.This the people whom i expect to appear infront of the tribunal
