The world should recognize NK as a full fledged member of the nuclear community. One catches flies with honey, not vinegar. Share the wealth, give all citizens a car, a mobile phone, a fridge and health insurance. That will be cheaper than the thousands of death and the horrible destruction an American attempt to solve this with the military.
