Should America take out Nort Korea?

The President has already said we cannot accept North Korea as a nuclear power, North Korea has already vowed to never give up it's nuclear ambitions and have indeed threatened to to use them if provoked. Also it has been confirmed by our government that we will not reward provocative behaviour with any incentives. Friends the handwriting is already on the wall. War is a foregone conclusion and by the way America already has a first strike policy in place that is predicated exactly upon the issues that are being spewed forth by North Korea. We need to implement a first strike before too long and it must be severe, dismantling, regiem changing and thorough. Also the international community should not just stand back and look on, allowing America to appear as the only war-mongers because the North Koreans position threatens their well-being also, not just America's. May I add that if Iran does not capitualate very soon regarding it's nuclear ambitions, then we should pay them a strong visit also.
