Paul Hilder

Paul Hilder is campaign director of the global online advocacy network Avaaz.org. Based in London, England and previously a co-founder of current affairs website openDemocracy.net, he has worked on conflicts, democracy and civil society in the UK and around the world, in particular in Europe and the Middle East. He is the author most recently of Contentious Citizens (2007).
